(KM) - The Washington County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting Wednesday night at the Valley Mall in Hagerstown. According to a Facebook post from the Hagerstown Police Department, officers found two people shot on N. Mulberry Street on October 23. Wright ultimately declared a mistrial, noting she had heard raised voices from the jury room but not specifically what was said.
